Sometimes you just have to turn the page

Sometimes you just have to turn the page to realize there is more to your book of life than the page you are stuck on. Stop being afraid to move on. Close this chapter of hurt, and never re-read it again. It is time to get what your life deserves, and move on from the things that do not deserve you. Do not spend your days trying to correct your past, instead let go and let God create something better for your future.

Sometimes you don’t feel the weight of something you’ve been carrying

Sometimes you don’t feel the weight of something you’ve been carrying until you feel the weight of its release.

One of the best feelings is finally losing feelings

One of the best feelings is finally losing feelings and your attachment to somebody that isn't good for you.

Sometimes we're so focused on finding our happy ending

But sometimes we're so focused on finding our happy ending we don't learn how to read the signs. How to tell from the ones who want us and the ones who don't, the ones who will stay and the ones who will leave. And maybe a happy ending doesn't include a guy, maybe... it's you, on your own, picking up the pieces and starting over, freeing yourself up for something better in the future. Maybe the happy ending is... just... moving on. Or maybe the happy ending is this, knowing after all the unreturned phone calls, broken-hearts, through the blunders and misread signals, through all the pain and embarrassment you never gave up hope.

He's Just Not That Into You

If you ignore me, I won't wait around.

If you ignore me, I won't wait around. I won't bug you, I just won't talk to you, simple as that. Sure it's going to be hard, but it won't hurt as much as being ignored. I deserve better than that. I'll move on and find someone who actually cares about me because obviously, you don't. If you continually treat me like crap what reason do I have to stay?

What’s done is done. What’s gone is gone.

What’s done is done. What’s gone is gone. One of life’s lessons is learning how to move on. It’s okay to look back and think of fond memories but never stop moving forward.
